  1. These are nice. Better than the grays.

  2. The digs at PG have nothing to do with him. Every Pacer fan on here has moved on. They digs at PG on this board are purely in jest, with the intent to get you fired up because of your man-crush on him. The Paul George jabs are nothing more than a running joke, similar to all my ex-wives.

  3. Beating a dead 🐎 PG was returning from a gruesome leg injury that cost him a whole season and almost his career, then Bird demands, publicly, that he play PF. Moronic sums it up

  5. Playing pg at power forward is moronic plain and simple

  6. I think you are misreading the situation. The far and away number one reason PG gets talked about is to get your goat. I'm a huge Pacers fan, talk about them all the time with friends and coworkers. We don't discuss PG.

  7. The Mavs have a bright future, with the next Dirk. Still fairly early in the season, a little past the 1/4 mark, so too early to make solid predictions imo -- but, I don't see LeBron's Lakers as a contender or better than OKC, Nuggets and maybe a couple other teams. LeBron is such an amazing freak of nature he may still be good enough to carry that team towards a WC finals, but I don't think so. Thunder are legit, Nuggets are legit, both are deeper. Nuggets are not battle-tested deep in the playoffs, and they have tended to be up and down, so I'd put Thunder above them. Keep in mind that Roberson, if he gets back and healthy, would make a big time difference. Thunder are already a top defensive team, add him and they're a beast. Warriors are the Warriors, but they're no longer unbeatable. Hell the Rockets had them, until CPIII's injury. They would not have won but for that injury, and now with all the drama around Durant and nad-kicker Draymond, they're vulnerable. I can them losing in the WC Finals. Then again, they're still the Warriors. Should be a fun season.

  9. So you are going to trade me to a different board. I don't think you will find many takers out there for me

  10. The dynamics are different when you're making more than your boss and more valuable to the company than your boss. Pro sports is not the same things as working a regular job.

  12. I understand that sentiment, but it was Bird demanding he play PF right after PG came back from a year-long injury that could've ended his career. Name another elite player who would be fine with that. There isn't one. It was an incredibly stupid move by Bird, and Bird is now gone too, for good reason, and the P's are, clearly, doing a lot better with Bird no longer calling the shots. Pritchard is flat out better for the Pacers.

  13. Thomas Bryant played pretty well last night. Quick run of twitter this morning it was nice to see so many Wizards fans actually saying why doesn't the guy get more minutes. Cheering for Bryant to get that next contract.
