  1. I was there today. Simply an amazing event all the way around. The guy at the door estimated 800 people. Seems high but the place was packed so maybe. I spoke with Sage, Evans, Moye, and Sherron for a bit. They couldn’t have been nicer. And Sage is such a great ambassador for IU. They were all interviewed on stage. So was Coverdale, Nover, Hornsby, Hartman, Elston, Laz, and Tyra Buss. Sherron was particularly moving, he said this was the final piece to his ultimate healing and was emotional about the fan base welcoming him back home. It’s absolutely amazing what this podcast is doing for the fan base and former players, it’s hard to describe but it was palpable. I had to leave after 3 hours so unfortunately I missed RMK but the video was priceless.

  2. Great day yesterday! I had not been to the Bluebird in twenty years and happy to see the new Yogis open. Sorry for the middle age dude talking during all the pictures, but how many times do you get to talk to coach Ohstrom, AJ Moye, and Derek Elston. Also the Leals are the nicest people. It says a lot about the direction of the program when you include such great families. Class acts!

  3. I've been told I went to the Bird many times. Strange, because I only remember about half that many.

  4. Wound is almost healed. There will always be a scar, but it's nothing both sides can't look past. The day IUBB makes a final four and RMK celebrates...we will be back. And whole.

  6. That video was excellent. I have been a sports nut since I was probably 7 years old. In that time, I love most sports, especially basketball, football and baseball. But, in over four decades of being a fan, the single biggest influence I’ve ever had in my view of sports is that guy right there. Regardless of the sport, my point of view was influenced by him, to me the greatest coach of them all. The Hoosier Hysterics guys deserve every ounce of glory and credit they get. Their work has truly been outstanding.

  8. The world really is a small place! Had a good friend after college that no matter where we went he knew somebody! Florida, Michigan, Wisconsin, Colorado he would always meet somebody he knew! I was amazed! But when I went to Bruges Belgium, and was talking with a vendor and they mention another customer who had just been there a few weeks ago, I'm like I know the guy! Not so impressed with my friend after all!

  10. Yes, the Garcia’s will do what is best for their family and deserve the rewards of hard work. I will wish them best whichever school they pick. Hoping it is IU.

  13. Post of the night. The podcast has been an essential listen for me. It has been so interesting to hear about past players and the past of the program. Not many fan bases, if any, get stuff like this and I’m very thankful!
