Mrs. mile delivered food to the homeless women's shelter in Denver today.... as she has been doing for years. And then received a text that the person she handed the food off to.... was tested positive for Covid after Mrs. mile left the shelter.

A man who writes for the newspaper in my hometown did a series of stories recently about his experience with Covid. He had it back in June and still doesn't feel like he's fully recovered. He was hospitalized and seriously thought he might not go home. Some of the aftereffects he described were pretty scary. When he returned to work, he had forgotten the names of his co-workers. My biggest fear with all of this is that too many people are making it a black and white issue. For many that I've listened to, there are only two outcomes: you either live or you die, and such and such studies show there's a 99.99% chance you'll live if you meet such and such criteria, etc. Maybe I get Covid and don't die, but I sure as sh*t don't want to spend a week in the hospital wondering what songs should be played at my funeral.

Game over in Indy. Colts look like they don't want anything to do with playing football and the Bengals are taking it to them and lead 21-0 in the 2nd quarter. I'd be doing some serious ass chewing at halftime!!!
