  1. We lost this game once sparks saw the floor
  2. Thankfully I’ve got dinner plans so see ya losers
  3. PnR works so well and yet we go away from it for ages. Why?
  4. This is everyone’s warning to debate the post, not the poster.
  5. Holy cow. I just dismissed this as wishful thinking but…
  6. I'm an eternal optimist, but Woody has shown that his teams get better as the year goes on... Could it be...
  7. I think a lot of us have been begging for Leal (at least I have to friends/family) for quite some time. He is so clearly a positive on the court. Did he crap the bed on the games I didn’t watch or something? He isn’t our best player but he is definitionally a sum of the parts player - he makes everyone else better and allows someone like a Mgbako to ride more with the 2nd unit.
  8. It is so obvious to see how necessary Leal is
  9. I haven’t watched the past few but turned it on at half time. You’re all welcome.
  10. Lol, we have always said, traffic is higher when we lose!
  11. Hello all - Please see here for an updated rule that the mod team has rolled out. Enforcement begins immediately. Please direct any questions to PM.

  13. Hello all - After internal deliberation, the mod team is adding a new rule - debate the post, not the poster. If you'd like to engage with a poster, ensure that you're responding to the merits of their post, not the identity of the poster. Some people are optimistic, some people are pessimistic, but we will absolutely not allow posters to - directly, indirectly, vaguely, hintingly, or any other possible iteration - bully, harass, or otherwise chagrin another because of their views. Debate the merits of someone's point all you like. If you say they're wrong because they're a sunshine pumper or they're an eternal pessimist, you'll find yourself with a warning point.
  14. I played flip cup at an outing with friends (all 30-35ish) late last year and the team of all IU alums absolutely demolished everyone.
  15. locked, use existing thread
  16. Absolute disaster. Kick him off the team.
  17. I totally get the point, but the.. uniqueness and the excitement it can add makes me love it, tbh. I get why others don't. It also infuriates me when IU misses the front end, which I will die on my hill saying they must do more than any other team in CBB
  18. MM looked... very good, IMO. Minny ain't incredible, but this isn't non-conference play. If he can elevate his game, that starts to alleviate a lot. Agree with someone above that running more thru TG can open this up. XJ off-ball is an interesting idea, opportunities to kick and he cuts when the defense is off balance. All I know is a couple bong rips and this team was waaaaay more enjoyable to watch
  19. Can confirm, blue does have a great... hole.
  20. Mods are allowed to have opinions? I'm not too sure what the point is here. If we started banning for opinions, we'd have a small board. If we don't allow mods to post their opinions, none of us would come on here.
  21. It’s all good in the end. My actual mortgage is around 4. Still peeved I could have gotten lowerm
  22. Depending on amounts, creative stuff like this ^ does definitely exist. DSCR loans as well. Hard money loans, depending on how long he needs of a runway, stuff like that.
  23. I missed the entire low interest rate environment. Bought a house 2020. Started my own biz 2021. JUST NOW closing on a HELOC at 8%, brutal.
  24. Just went through this - if his sole income is now self employment (or from any company where he has a substantial ownership stake), he needs two solid years of filed tax returns for almost any bank to take him on. Incredibly frustrating but part of the process for how we avoid another 2008-style collapse, underwriting is (at least in some ways) a lot more intense.
