If we miss out on Dusty because we’re able to land Pearl or someone of similar caliber, I can live with that. I’d be pissed though if we miss out on Dusty because we commit to another year of mediocrity with Woodson

Completely agree. I reread my post and it kinda sounds like I am defending Woodson which wasn’t my intention. Just wanted to emphasize how poor of a job IU has done with hiring the past several coaches

They definitely are… Woody certainly has his own struggles, but all he’s really doing is continuing the trend of the past 25-30 years. Maybe one day the administration will figure it out

It’s just a good ole boys club at this point. People worried about their best interest instead of getting serious about WINNING

He’s not doing himself any favors on how he responds during his media availability. He gives me absolutely no reason to be confident in him based on his responses the past couple months

I’m not in the know but I take it as Dolson saying “just because next season isn’t guaranteed for you doesn’t mean you can get away with not following through with your other responsibilities as coach”
