Indiana fans expect to make the tournament most years. This idea that indiana fans have wildly unrealistic expectations are hilarious. Purdue does it. Maryland seems to do it. MSU does it. This is not an unreachable standard. And by the way, Kentucky loses 3 games in a row and want their coach who got them a national championship thrown out. Even last year before they ended up as a 6th seed they were talking about how they can find their way out of his contract. And they ended up as a sixth seed in the national tournament that season. But yeah, its IU fans who just want too much from their program.

I would bet a substantial amount of money this is lost on the program. If it weren't, we wouldnt get the answers or direction we do from CMW.

You cant possibly say something like this without fundamentally not understanding what a NCAA season even is. IU is not even projected to be in the NIT. If Mike thinks we're "still in the thick of things" I'd love to know what that thing is because its certainly nothing anybody else cares about. This team is a bunch of uncompetitive players led by a coach who retired well before this season started.

Xavier is just not likeable. Its crazy they went all in and rode with him this year. I'm over this team and over this coaching staff. Start it over.

Izzo and the Failures

Yeah it is. He had a good game overall and I know that. But going 0 for 4 like that and then throwing up a W just reminds me of how non competitive we used to be. I found it embarrassing.

Race throwing up the W after doing everything possible to let Michigan win the game is so laughably embarrassing. I cannot wait for him to be replaced.

Good win but Race Thompson is awful man. We need JG back and he needs 100% of those minutes.

I usually don’t like our players talking to opponents but I actually enjoyed seeing Trayce and Zach talking to each other. Both big ten all stars vying for NPOY. They have to understand the moment they’re both in. Probably pretty surreal for them to consider.

Jalens ability to bounce back from a bad game and stay confident is unbelievable. Haven’t seen a player, no less a freshman, be able to shake off the yips like that. first 5 conference game win streak since Tom Crean. We want Purdue

I get not wanting to pile on Ya but what I don’t get is just because he’s never been a head coach he couldn’t figure out Malik and JG need to get back in the game. There were insanely obvious things missed. That’s the frustration. of course he wasn’t gonna be mike woodson. But he was literally a detriment to the team in pretty much all facets. Without Trayce being one of the best in the country we lose to a bad team with only 6 available scholarship players. That’s crazy.

I said it was the most frustrating game I have watched in years. CAM coached the hoosiers 2 years ago. And tonight was bad by CAM standards.

I was answering a question. If people want to move on and call a win a win I have no problem with that. But that was perhaps the most frustrating IU game I have watched in years.
