He did the radio pre-game too-- and I thought he sounded like a grumpy old codger. He's gotten warmed up and is really entertaining. At least for those of us that were there to see Deadeye Ted light it up.

Reality sucks for this group. They are more "typical IU Football" than not. Sorry, but that includes the defense in my book. They've played a couple of our opponents tough on that side of the ball. But not enough to earn the label of a "good" defense. We look really awful in all 3 phases. Lots of head-scratching and downright boneheaded "IU moments" have returned. (like getting caught subbing on D while the other team runs a play) I will keep watching and hoping, just like each of the last 40-some years I've been watching and hoping! Hoping this staff can keep the guys motivated, looks like a long dreary slog to the off-season.
