  1. Well I have the IU women's game in ESPN and if this had happened I think they would have it as breaking news.
  2. It is funny we have 20+ pages arguing about a coach who probably is not coming here.
  3. Some people are worried about how it took Beilein a few years to get UM up and running. I would say since he knows the big ten now it might not take that ling if he is hired here. If he could bring in his old assistant that helped him turned UM defense aoround it would be great. Also bring Lewis as the lead assistant designed to be the next coach.
  4. If we want offense maybe we should look at Dana Altman of Oregon because they already have scored 36 pint in the first 12 minutes of the game but also have given up 3.6 to Iowa
  5. I looked a few months ago and went back to 1975 and saw we shot over 75% 5 times in that time frame but never over 80%. earlier in the year Colorado was shooting 83.5% which would be an all time record in college basketball.
  6. Yes Mike Roberts and Keyna Hunter plus Cliff Marshall were all retained
  7. To me the difference I see between Archie and Bennett is that Bennett allows his team to shoot more from the 3. Also I see Bennett developing players where they get better every year.
  8. I think I remember him on Peegs and went on and on about one recruit but can't remember his name. He kept saying he was going to IU but he eventually went elsewhere.
  9. Either he had a date or he is hearing about a coach he likes. I remember he was really looking hard at Michigan so maybe it is Beilein
  10. Well Lander and this guy are from Evansville so maybe they would consider Calbert as a home run. The Pacers have been on the road and will be home after Mondays game at Milwaukee
  11. Well Lander at one time was thought to be a UM lean so maybe it is Beilein.
  12. He said he wouldn't eliminate ban NBA guy or someone who doesn't have HC experience. Also I was halfway joking
  13. Dolson said he wants an offensive coach who is an innovator so maybe NBA coach Mike Dantoni
  14. Winning the right way is fun but winning and then having to give those wins up are not.
  15. Thank you and that was how the IU fan base I loved thought but today's generation is all about the result and not how you get them.
  16. That was posted on Btown Banners and then had another quote that this is not a legit person
  17. I want to win but not with coaches like Pitino or Calapari
  18. UT probably is and we have to remember these guys who are not from Indiana did not grow up loving IU like we have. We think any coach out there would just pickup and leave because we are Indiana but these guys don't think that way.
  19. Instead of asking why they aren't coming I think the better question is why would they come to IU and leaver where they are at. Why Would guys who has won big like Wright, Bennett, Few or Beard leave their current job for IU. They get paid quit well where they are at and will get raises f someone comes looking to hire them. they have won big at their current jobs and the have great job security. they have built their program and culture to where they like it. Why leave that and try to build another program culture at a place that you will not have job security if you get off to a slow start.
  20. Because coaches today don't need to go to the blue bloods to win big any longer. Beard is the 3rd highest aid coach in college so he doesn't need to leave for money. Most college programs that are in the power 5 conferences have great facilities so they don't need to go elsewhere
  21. My brother was at the game and thought it was a good call
  22. I think right now we are just hearing guys who will be interviewed and we will probably interview coaches who are still in the tournament. right now we can interview Matta since he is not working at this time.
  23. It is not just Dakich but a whole lot of former players are saying the same thing
