Looks fantastic. We actually put shiplap behind our vanity. We went with a single bowl vanity. That way when I kick off my young wife won't have to worry about the other bowl.

Please keep it down there. It's supposed to be in the upper 50's on Thursday. If the wind isn't too strong the boat will come out of storage and I will be doing some fishing.

I just finish a complete bathroom remodel. The only thing that is original is a couple of walls of drywall. New lights, floor, ceiling, faucets, door and all trim, bath fan, complete tiled shower, vanity, floating shelving and towel and paper holder, robe hook and towel ring. We also put in two pantries and bench seating in the kitchen which allowed us to tear out a built in pantry that extended into the bathroom . Doing this allowed us to increase our vanity size from 42" to 60". It was much tougher than I thought and my patience was totally shot. Hopefully no more waking up in the middle of the night and thinking about what I have to do and how to do it. This is my last major project. I am too old (66) and Susan and I have done everything to this house. New windows, doors, cabinets, doors, trim, lights siding, garage door, floors and carpet. All this was done is less than 3 years Mission Accomplished!

My wife loves to landscape. She has done the front yard, both sides yards and has a great start on the back yard. We have almost 400 small rocks in her landscaping plan and countless yards of mulch. Nothing makes my day more than for her to be out doing the landscaping while I am watching her in the air conditioned house. The good news for me is that she doesn't mind. Susan is one tough, hard working, strong willed woman. The only thing she wants me to do when it comes to landscaping is pick up truck loads of mulch and haul her landscaping boulders/rocks. She is 24 years younger than me and I have no idea what the heck she sees in me.

Thank you. Fortunately for me I was in retail management in the building material business for 40 years and was exposed to many professionals who shared their knowledge with me. That being said this is my last project. Age, bad vision and a bum hip has made the decision for me. I hope all is well with you and your family, especially for me hero Ayden! That young man is a true inspiration.

Just got the cancellation call this morning. I am not surprised since my wife works at the hospital and they are really tightening the screws. On a positive note I was feeling tremendous pressure to finish the total bathroom renovation. I can now slow the pace down and maybe sleep in. I have attached a couple pics and I apologize for somewhat hijacking the thread.

I am scheduled for hip replacement surgery on the 26th. I am a little concerned that it will be cancelled. Man, I hope not the pain and discomfort is really starting to wear on me.

Knight will probably come back when we play Purdue and bring his buddy "Jack" who guest starred on his television show back in the day!

The only way it won't get leaked is if he just shows up. Duh! What difference does it make if gets leaked?

Coach Knight and I have something in common!

I don't think Archie is going to achieve that goal. I know what I would do with this team. They might not make the tournament but they would play with heart, toughness and be held accountable for their performance. I have no doubts several players would not be on the roster by seasons end.

Unfortunately this scenario is true.

In my opinion Bird was a bird brain when it came to running the team. A great player but a ??ss poor executive.

I pray for two things, one of them daily. First for Ayden and his family. The other is that Coach Knight comes home to Assembly Hall and that what happened so many years ago is finally put to rest. Everyone needs to move forward and give this man everything he deserves. Coach needs to be put on top of the mountain where he deserves to be!
