i really am curious in people's updated wish list as we go. i know it's early, so it will change often. seems like right now (not necessarily in order): AJ Casey Christian Watson Lee Dort Koren Johnson Michael Ajayi Jacob Crews Nils Cooper Marcus Foster Jakobi Gillespie Jalen Blackmon Would we want all of those guys if we can get them?

i've said all along that right or wrong i'm afraid if he isn't one and done that he'll blame that on our system and not developing him or not utilizing him correctly. hope that isn't the case.

yeah. i keep saying it is super tough to think Woodson will get less heralded players and play them in a system to get the most out of them. my only hope is that he gets crazy talent this offseason and almost can't mess them up.

generally i give my college age son more credit than me when it comes to nearly everything basketball. he actually just decided to give it up after this season. was a walk on at Presbyterian his freshman year and played for Converse this past season. saw very little playing time and is ready to move on to working on his career. anyway, he is really big on the PG from Furman.

thinking that you and i are on the same page, it is like you say... it's not really about the age as i would be absolutely thrilled with a Pearl hire. it's Woodson's age coupled with no college coaching experience.

these are pretty much all of the points i have been making for a long time. couldn't agree more. so frustrating.

people keep saying how TJD improved. sure he did. he became better at what he was already doing. didn't develop an outside shot or anything new. people say JHS. dude was already a stud. Woodson wasn't playing him at PG, but when he was forced to, JHS showed out. people say Reneau. was he really any different or just got the chance to start and get a lot of touches?

serious question - how many coaches in the B1G would you take Woodson over? question #2 - how many power 5 conference teams had a scholarship left open this season?

you mean 12th. we were saving that last scholarship.

it was so cool watching him walking away in the tunnel. i was thinking maybe he was realizing this whole thing just wasn't working. maybe it's not worth it to him anymore? someone convince him to say it is health reasons or family. whatever. just do it now!

so frustrating. still can't say this team didn't have talent. honestly thought we were a top 25 team coming in. hate that the NIT has become like football bowl games. no one wants to play because they are already moving on before the season really officially ends. people can say we are young. okay, let's play in the NIT and get experience. well, no because almost none of these guys will be back. so next year's excuse will be that we have all these new faces. takes time for them to gel. ugh. sucks so bad that we are going to postpone getting the right coach for another season.

you get it. woodson is a great coach. it's just the players and that is clearly not his fault.

but you want Woodson back right?

this can't be on Mike Woodson. he doesn't take the shots or make plays. he has done his job. if you're questioning him you are not a true fan.
