i will admit i am delusional as well. i'm still holding out hope that that announcement came out to calm all of the media chaos. still hoping Woodson will get fed up and hang it up or wiser heads will prevail when the season ends and we do ask him to site health reasons.

So... it struck me as I was reading Michigan's statement on letting Howard go. I inserted Woodson and Hoosier for Howard and Wolverines. I wish we weren't waiting another crappy year to hear this, but this is what we have to look forward to: "After a comprehensive review of the program, I have decided that Mike will not return as our men's basketball coach," Dolson said in a statement released Friday. "Mike is among the greatest Hoosiers to ever be associated with our basketball program. I know how much it meant, to not only Mike, but to all of us for him to return here to lead this program. Despite his love of his alma mater and the positive experience that our student-athletes had under his leadership, it was clear to me that the program was not living up to our expectations and not trending in the right direction.

we need to be absolutely loaded with talent if we are keeping Woodson.

this is what worries me even about tonight. without Galloway and the 7 guys who played a ton of minutes last night will have to do the same tonight. i think i'd sneak sparks in for like 2 game minutes in the 1st half. do it around a timeout and/or free throws to maximize it. i guess maybe the same with Gunn?

i'm thinking there is at least a little bit of miscommunication here. i don't think he meant literally show up. i think he means didn't look good. i don't agree, but am thinking some may be taking this literally?

definitely gonna be flaws with any system, but this one is probably more accurate and fair than the old school way.

i fell asleep before the end of the game and generally don't listen to post game interviews anyway, but if i'm not mistaken, Woodson didn't say anything cringe worthy this time right? maybe this should be in the no negative comments thread? also, if we look at the bright side, any time Woodson's team has an injury it generally results in him having to give someone who should have had more playing time or a different role that role. so we have that going for us.
