  1. All depends on what side of the street you are standing on, determines who one thinks is being misguided. But I think we are all being misguided.
  2. We aren't too far from people hiding under neighbors floorboards.
  3. So far Omicron looks to be very mild... could this be what covid is mutating to? The more contagious, less deadly version that we will have to live with? Not saying its a cold or flu, but following that path?
  4. Heart issues in women under 50 with the J&J jab. The warning used to be in big red letters, but that has disappeared on the cdc and my local drug store sites. Heart issues in young males with Moderna and Pfizer..... Both are said to be rare. But j&j is enough of an issue, they openly push women towards "better options" I personally don't know anyone who has had these heart issues from the shot. But my dads Dr and cardiologist both told him not to take the shot earlier this year. 2 months later they told him to go ahead and take, it was safe. What changed, why go from we don't recommend it, to meh, its safe?
  5. Amen! I keep saying that I have high hopes for the pills... I believe its the way back to semi normal.
  6. No argument my friend! Just pointing out what we have seen in front of us. I know you and your wife have been right in the thick of things out there. I try to keep an open mind as much as possible, and really only speak on what I see first hand. My heating and air conditioning background doesn't qualify me much in the way of science 😂
  7. So dumb. I'm not going out of my way to intentionally catch anything
  8. I completely understand your position, and definitely respect it. If i lived in NY and saw the things you did, I would probably feel differently. But, when people we know personally walk in to a clinic to get the shot and end up with strokes, or dead in a day or two the "study" doesn't mean much to me. My family is full of Dr's from cardiologist, to RN, to teaching nursing at a university. They are all vaccinated, but their position is changing. They are seeing issues, and its not uncommon
  9. Wife's best friends mom, is now experiencing the same vision issues as her vp of sales ( who had a second episode Saturday) both ladies are going completely blind all of a sudden. Same stories, they are fine, then all of a sudden they just see white. The friends mom is older, the vp is young and fit... the vp is having her husband drive her from Chicago to here today for a meeting, as she is not allowed to drive for now. Thats 3 strokes, 1 death, 3 cases of random blindness, a few heart issues, clotting issues, multiple long cases of extreme fatigue... all in this year after taking the shot... again, I am praying the pills hit the market fast. We need them desperately. Even our friends that support the shot are starting to waiver. With talks of the new variant possibly needing a new shot, there will be heavy push back.
  10. Obviously Lincoln didn't want any part of the SEC. Turned down a supposed 12 million a year offer from LSU, then runs off to the west coast. He recruited very well at OU, I'm not sure it will change that much being in Cali
  11. Uh no... I wouldn't expect IU to ever make the playoffs. Especially with the current 4 team structure. But completely rolling over and dying wasn't on most people's minds
  12. Feels like the old subway cards... after so many, you get a free sandwich
  13. I agree with going to 8 teams, it needs to happen! I'm a Bama (Saban) fan. This just isn't our year. Nick will make plenty changes once season ends. New OC for sure, possibly DC as well.... the right side of the oline is a serious issue as well as the secondary. In my opinion the strength and conditioning coaches need to be ran out of Tuscaloosa. Cochran left for Georgia 2 yrs ago, its no coincidence they are monsters on both sides of the ball... we got the dude from IU and it is not working in the SEC. Georgia stomps our ass by 20+
  14. I will give you that. Both seem like good dudes, but I'm talking about coaching. If Dolson is serious about the foorball program, he will be forced to make a change in a year or two. Crean was not far from the door when he ran here from Marquette. Didnt work here, not going to work in Georgia... thats the truth. Thankful we have Woodson. Hopefully Allen cleans house and surrounds himself with great coaches, because he needs it.
  15. I could care less about Tom Crean... just pointing out some similarities between the two. Crean is far far far away from excellent at anything other than finding a diamond in the rough
  16. Wofford is a 1.5 pt favorite over Georgia today, at Georgia... enough said
  17. Crean is about to get fired from a SEC football school... Allen is lucky to be at IU. If he were at even a mediocre football school, he would be out. Both are good talkers who rely on gimmicks, and love to clap like seals at a show. There are very few elite level football coaches. There are some good to very good coaches... Allen is about a light year away from good. He will need to make the perfect hires this off-season or he will be out by the end of next year.
  18. 14 points, 12 assists, 2 steals, 3 turn overs... pretty impressive
