I hope when Woody watches this tape and he sees A.Leal on the court big mins., he thinks to himself, damn i suck as a recruiter. I dont get the college game of today.

He better get his ass down to French Lick and recruit Deion Edwards..

You want a shooter?  We got one right down the road.

He didn't know. His mother hollard at him while he was at the charity stripe. She said Hit this!

    Dude just wants to win.

I'd give him a scholarship yesterday.  I also agree with you on Leal. Indiana Basketball is at its best with Hoosiers specially southern Hoosiers. It makes makes me sick purdue is beating our ass with indiana boys.

Ricotta cheese, bacon, jalapenos, spinach--- of course-- ham, pepp, and sausage. Those are my favorites.

    4 cheese is great

I eat a lot of pizza. Had some last night, actually, Ballsagna from Hot Box Pizza. Hot Box has 50% off everything on Mondays during football season. I'm a pretty big fan of their pizza.

They have many specialty pizzas my wife and I love.

I spent $50 last night. I eat way too much.

Ricotta cheese is bomb. I would eat it off the floor

It does seem that way. It also seems like statements like the one below from that same article reinforce what was being said.

“Coach Izzo and some assistants came down, and coach Painter came down for a home game. Both of them have been down this year to see me.”

Maybe Sisley isn't what Woodson is looking for. He's pretty skinny for a "big"

He needs to eat some food.

I believe when CMW's tenure at IU ends, whether a year from now or in three years, the odds on favorite for his replacement will be Thad Matta, assuming he's healthy. I think he was the second choice last time (after Stevens), but I don't think he was convinced that he was ready to coach again. But not sure he'd do it if CMW were to be fired.

"I don't ever like being in the spotlight," Matta said. "But I know in the position I'm in, it comes with the territory. When I went to Bloomington, I didn't want that. I just wanted to be behind the scenes and doing whatever Indiana needed me to do. I didn't want the notoriety of any of that. That's kind of who I am. That is Mike's program and I hopefully did something to help him be successful this year, and most importantly because I fell in love with Indiana, did something to help the future of the program."

Matta said he believes IU remains in good hands. He said Dolson has become one of his best friends, and that he developed an immense respect for Woodson as a coach, a man and a leader.

Matta purposefully stayed out of the public eye during the past year while he was in the position, but said taking the job and being part of a college program again inspired him to get back into coaching after five years away.

"This year, being around it but not in it, was really good for me," Matta said. "Sitting in meetings and watching practice and learning an inordinate amount of basketball from Woody, that kind of got me going again."

I like Thad Matta because he's from the town down the road from where my wife is from.

If we're going to look for another coach anytime though we should take the short drive up to Terre Haute.

  7. When it comes to Coach Woodson and his intentions/desire I think there is something you people forget.  He played in between the 76 and 81 championships.  He led the team over purdoo in the 79 NIT.

Have no doubt the man wants to win a championship.  Rome wasn't built in a day.  NIL isn't the thing you all want it to be. At the end of the day there are only so many players worth a shit.

The guy was saying he knows of 3 families not happy with how Woodson is going about things. 2 of which he says should be slam dunks for IU. The only one specifically named was Sisley and the guy says Michigan St is the team to watch with him.

Seems like Walsh is the primary on Sisley

Indiana: “They were also in early on me. Coach Walsh has been talking with me a lot and coach Woodson as of more recently. They’re both in a pretty good spot with me right now.”

Not witnessed a propane tank explosion but have heard and felt two tanker truck explosions on the interstate. And speaking of tanks when the conditions were right I could hear the Abrams firing on Ft Benning 40 miles away.

Used to go with my grandpa to Fort Knox for surplus auctions back when they still had the Armour School. Got to see some tank exercises.  Pretty cool. I believe they moved the Armour school to Benning around 2010.

Thought about putting this in the best of each state food list, but since it’s National Hot Sauce Day here it is! Instacarts blog about Hot sauce purchases

I just saw that. I'm really surprised by Frank's. As a stand alone hot sauce I find it too salty and vinegary.

My staples I'm never without are Louisiana hot sauce and Tapatio.  I also try to keep around a Datil pepper sauce but it's more of a niche thing I can only find online.

That was my nickname in high school....until my coach called me big c%<t by accident.  I was Jimmy chitwood who could shoot but sucked in games.

Edit: careful on the language, my man.  😁

    Sorry @bluegrassIU

My coach actually yelled that at me during a game with some other unacceptable language.
