2024 Flory Bidunga Commits to Kansas
Madison22 replied to Coach Robby's topic in Basketball Recruiting
Chatter on one IU site from one IU poster that Duke is now recruiting Flory as a top priority, and after only a week, may even lead. Says Duke was his dream school. "Duke now very much matters in this recruitment." Just passing on the rumor. No idea if credible or not. Maybe someone else here knows more, one way or the other. -
2024 G Jaeden Mustaf Commits to Georgia Tech
Madison22 replied to IUFLA's topic in Basketball Recruiting
Thought this would have been posted by now: Top 40 guard Jaeden Mustaf has an official visit to IU today thru Saturday. 6'5" guard who was impressed with JHS's freshman year that led to the NBA. Nice article with videos from our friend TheDailyHoosier: https://www.thedailyhoosier.com/iu-basketball-recruiting-2024-combo-guard-jaeden-mustaf-official-visit-primer/ -

Be sure to tell your moms how grateful you are that Mackenzie Mgbako committed to Indiana.

Kansas board now using past tense. Saying MM would not have been an important piece of their team, they didn't really need him, and there will be better wings in the portal anyway. Ouch. If Mackenzie hasn't made up his mind, it would be so great if he read that and said it was what convinced him to commit to Indiana.

Just now, from a poster on BTB who has a good reputation. Take it for what it's worth: Guys, I just saw something on social. I guess I will need to delete my account if this doesn’t play out but I am 99.9999% sure it is over. IU it is. always made logic sense and the entire thing I wrote out before seems to have been close to the mark.

Here are some of his other posts. If you look REALLY close, there is a pattern. After a good talk with Coach Smithpeters, I am honored to receive a scholarship offer from Mizzou. After a great call, I am blessed and honored to receive a scholarship offer from the University of Illinois Blessed and honored to receive a scholarship offer from the University of Iowa After a great conversation, I am honored to receive a scholarship offer from Georgetown University After a great call with Coach Painter, I am blessed and honored to receive a scholarship offer from Purdue University After a great unofficial visit I am blessed and honored to receive a scholarship offer from the University of Maryland Extremely blessed and honored to receive a offer from Virginia Tech Blessed and honored to receive a offer from Charleston University Blessed and honored to receive a offer from George Washington University ___________________ Edit: kidding aside, he looks interesting. The Daily Hoosier calls him a European-style 5 or a stretch 4. Kenya Hunter is lead recruiter. Jordan Hulls played in Germany for several years, which is where Eric is from. https://www.thedailyhoosier.com/iu-basketball-recruiting-hoosiers-offer-class-of-2025-big-man-eric-reibe/

Punctuate this famous sentence correctly: "James while John had had had had had had had had had had had a better effect on the teacher"

Just for discussion: Angel Reese of LSU just got a $126,000 Mercedes-Benz gifted to her. Her NIL deal overall is $1.4 million. The news is all over social media, and I'm sure male basketball players and recruits are seeing it. Thinking: if a GIRL gets national fame, drives that ride and makes over $1 million, what do I have to do for the same or better? btw, her grade point average is 1.9. https://www.foxnews.com/sports/lsu-star-angel-reese-gifted-brand-new-mercedes-benz-21st-birthday

This is the timeless Shakespearian content we all come here for.

In 1988, Al Unser Jr was supposed to take the Wienermobile for a few easy laps at the Indy Motor Speedway. Take it slow, wave to the crowd, pose for pictures. Instead, he blasted it to a maxed-out 110 miles an hour, just to see what it could do. That was, and remains, the all-time Wienermobile world speed record. It is still unknown if he had permission.

Logan Duncomb averaged almost 29 points per game per 40, on 75% shooting.
-
He averaged under 3 points per game last season. Seems like we can judge him off that.

The “What are we selling to recruits” thread…
Madison22 replied to Steubenhoosier's topic in General Basketball Discussion
You'd be amazed how short some threads are with just a few key users blocked. It's just bliss. Like having a loud annoying noise suddenly stop, and peace returns to the world. -
