Are you including Northwestern in the 'more with less' comparison? I'll argue that point. Northwestern is restricted by academics far more than FAU is short on 'resources'. 100%. FAU would NOT have been in the tournament this season if not for last year's run. The committee would have found another Virginia to sneak in. Didn't Archie have an Elite 8 run at Dayton, which resulted in everyone slobbering all over him? Porter Moser had a magical run with Loyola. Parlayed it into the Oklahoma job. Not in the tournament this year. If IU would take May over Pearl, that's just stupid. And Pearl wouldn't turn IU down unless Auburn makes a huge run this season or next.

Meh. I work in Louisville and know a lot of UK fans. Some of them actually define themselves based on the UK basketball team. I'm a big IU fan, but when it comes down to it, 32-0 or 19-14 are no different to me after the first Monday night in April.

On another note, for all of the 'real' name brackets in our challenge, if you could please go in and change your bracket name to your HSN screen name, that would be great. If you based it on multiple wives, I guess you probably had BYU winning it all.

I did my whole bracket off the Arc of Champions. Unfortunately, while BYU was a Tier 3 team, Duquesne was in Tier 4. Illinois also in Tier 4, so BYU losing cost me a Sweet 16 team.

Are you basing that on the fact that DePaul is the other team in play at the moment or the fact he played at a lower level? I ask, because if the latter, don't forget Dalton Knecht played at Northern Colorado before transferring to Tennessee. In regards to DePaul being the competition, there could very well be other high major schools that would show interest, but who are pre-occupied right now with that tournament thingy that some schools do in March.

So, there really is no competition if we want him.

As expected, Babe Ruth was not a valid answer for Marlins/Angels.
