Am I missing something? I just checked his Twitter and he follows a bunch of IU personnel but I dont see anything Va Tech on there… he also follows IU on Instagram but not Va Tech? Where is this coming from?

No true “deep” throws but it seemed like we could feast routinely in that 10-15 yard area.

I can complain about this game pretty easily, but we went into a hostile environment and grinder out a win. they don’t need to be pretty, but definitely plenty that needs to be improved on.

Yep, think he has a legit chance to be the missing piece on the perimeter this team has been missing.

Not sure on an exact rotation but really excited to see Tamar Bates play. Seems like he has a great shot at Freshman of the year in the B1G.

Yep pretty much, our line simply wasn’t very good last year and I’d kill for a guy like Lindenbaum on our line. Hopefully Carpenter and some internal improvement changes things, but I see no reason to evaluate us as being on par with Iowa in that area.

He meant consequences in terms of what we see right now. AKA Wentz/Kelly/Pascal missing time on the close contact list when vaccinated players don’t have to.

O-Line by a country mile. D-Line I am cautiously optimistic with our transfers but probably have to give that to Iowa too.

I hope we can find a way to pull this out but I’m concerned. Iowa is just solid all the way around and they’ll have the advantage of playing in front of 70,000 for the first time in two years. Penix is also playing in his first game off an injury, he can’t be rusty. He’s gotta be full go. I have confidence we can move the ball on anyone with him, but we can’t look like we did vs Penn State where it took him three quarters to get going.

Really don’t get this mindset, who cares if they trash talk guys from a rival on Twitter? They’re your rival, don’t think anyone from Ohio State is going to care if their players don’t buddy up with Michigan guys. It’s Purdue. Who cares. it’s more amusing than anything.
