Geez, we are getting old LOL!

Apparently Louisville trying to recruit D.J. Wagner with a lifetime of shits.

I’m pretty sure the only rules around NIL were that it can’t be contingent on someone playing for a certain school and the school itself can’t be involved. This violates both.

There are 2 rules and they couldn’t follow either.

Big 10 incoming freshmen ranked

1. JHS

2. Reneau

15. Banks

I'm taking this with a bit of a grain of salt since the rater is an IU beat guy, but I am pumped to get the season started!

Thrilled to see no Boilermakers high on the list and Smith not mentioned at all

I do like IU’s players.  Surprised Banks is 15th.  Gunn isn’t mentioned?

JHS is not an elite athlete but is already strong enough to compete in the Big Ten.  He never seems to get out of control.  On a great HS team he just played his role to perfection

The list is the top 25 recruits according to their 247 composite ranking. #25 is in the 160s. Gunn is in the 170s and Smith in the 190s. So that is why neither of them made the list.

Your first sentence is confusing. Is that sarcasm? Hard to tell on message boards sometimes.

You guys have literally every advantage…..

in a non NIL or Covid extra year you are losing 3 great players

if the freshman are as good as “WE” think they are you guys are loaded

what are big ten odds?

Doesn't everyone else in the NCAA get to use NIL and Covid extra years? Isn't it all equal, or is IU the only school that can use those things?

I'd say better than they have been for awhile, but that simply means IU has a giant target on their collective backs and will get everyone's best game next season.  If they win the Big Ten, they'll earn every bit of it.
