A healthy Penix running Deboer's offense is a test for ANYONE. Not sure what kind of weapons he has at Washington, but they usually have some talented skill players. Not impressed at all with Allen and the Hoosiers. Bad decisions by the Illinois coaches gave us the win. We won't have other coaches making those types of decisions against us.
