Daddgum.. they're 8-0.

I've seen Clemson a few times.  They just don't have it this year.  Might be their weakest 8-0 team yet.  I watched the Wake Forest qb look like a top NFL prospect going for 300+ and 6 touchdowns.  Maybe that game skewed my impression as yesterday that same guy led the worst quarter in football history with 3 ints and 3 lost fumbles.  https://www.barstoolsports.com/blog/3441683/sam-hartman-and-wake-forest-turned-the-ball-over-six-times-in-what-has-to-be-the-worst-quarter-of-football-ever-played-by-one-team

IU would look decent in the ACC

I was more looking at what ND did to Marshall and Stanford, but hell... Notre Dame did beat Cal. Helluva win.

And North Carolina and Syracuse.

They aren't a great team. Will probably challenge Clemson and likely lose.  But they are far from what I would consider poor.

What we've seen for 20 years from ND is they mightly struggle vs top end talent. Clemson has that in bunches.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.  Clemson opens as a 4 point favorite with bunches of top end talent.  Notre Dame isn't CFP worthy this year but they just might have a say in who is in it.
