Speeches, but his post-game pressers were painful to watch.  I would say almost impossible to watch.

If his public speeches don't involve losses, he would do fabulous jobs. He would definitely do better than others. As he experiences peaks and valleys of seasons and faces criticism and pressure, his quirkiness would come out.
