How does Covington get drafted and Scales doesn’t? No disrespect to Covington but I’d take Scales over him without hesitation. Great for Cov but Scales got screwed

I have no clue how Scales or Cobbs or even Fant didn't get drafted. Cobbs especially. 11 catches for 150 yards and working that Ohio St secondary who was drafted in 1st round isn't worth a 3rd/4th/5th? Redskins got a steal there.

To be honest, I am a little disappointed that the Colts weren't interesed in all three.

Fant I get. Size will be an issue with next level corner position...but Cobbs is a huge target. He doesn't have great speed but fast enough. Just don't understand.

Cobbs dominated Ohio State last year, including Denzel Ward.  They couldn’t cover him.  At 6’4 and strong, I feel like he can be a weapon especially in the red zone. I think it’s a case of scouts overvaluing the combine.

Scales is not big or fast, but he is productive and a sure tackler.

I think both those guys end up making it.

Fant, on the other hand, lacks strength.  He’s fast, but he’s never really gained sufficient strength.  I wish him well.
