241 for me. 

I was all the way down to 236 this morning after my morning bathroom stop, but drinking a lot of water and tonight's stupid steak did me in on the scale!

This week our salad bar at school starts, so I have that every day.  And I have a lot of healthy food lined up for the week's dinners, so I have a good feeling about a big weight loss number coming up next week.

About to hop on the exercise bike for some HIIT.
