Blind hire.

Your coach gets angry and storms out the night of the season opener. You have to hire a coach immediately,  and your final candidates are coaches 1- 5 including their records after their first 3 seasons , respectively.  Who among them get s the job?   Put the 5 in order based on consideration.

No point to this really other than fun, and killing a little time..

I would rather see improvement during tenure. Not start strong with someone else player's.  Year 3 of your own program is important

I had them 1 then 3.  Didn't go any further since IU will never have to hire a 3rd choice.:P

Thanks for the key, after reviewing the answers context is everything...more specifically what conference is the coach competing in? Combo of good trends/competition level/unusual limitations in a given year are all probably critical in arriving at the best answer. John Beilein is a slightly better coach than Jon Coffman currently...lol to my answers
