Butler University being sued by rape victim

according to an article in today's The Tribune , Jackson County ! It seems that a former Butler Football player was allowed to commit at least two rapes over a period of over a year before Butler University took any action ! The accused rapist was not expelled from school until a TITLE IX grievance against him  [ the alleged rapist ] was filed by the victim  ?? [It is ] Sad that Universities tend to cover up such incidents instead of severely aiding in prosecuting those jerks !!! (IMHO )
