In that the allegations are all connected to Adidas. And the fact that a former IU assistant, Johnson was connected to a $1,300 payment to Bowen Sr. while Johnson was an assistant at Louisville. While I am not concerned, nor worried about the outcome of a football game this weekend against OSU... as I believe the result is pre-ordained.... and not in our favor....I am wondering, if the current FBI probe were to go deeper... what they might find in terms of Johnson, when he was an assistant under Crean. Many of you have alluded to what surprise Noah was. What other things might be in the brush, we don't know about, when this person was a part of Crean's staff... and we were a part of Adidas ? And yet Johnson used his “east coast connections” to pull Bryant out from under Boeheim’s nose and land Vonleh out of nowhere. Crean was always full of excuses — I didn’t buy very many of them.
