I jokingly went back and scoffed at the prospect of volleyball running over essentially pre-empting our game. Trying to keep my evenings with brown spirits special as I get a little older...so, during the month of October it was lots of Oktoberfest, must've made four or five trips to Total Wine during the month. I am a Laphroaig kinda guy, I like smoky whiskies. However, there is a rye I am in love with that I recommend to anyone who will listen: Angel's Envy. Not their bourbon, but their rye. They finish it in rum casks and, while being an ~$80 bottle, it drinks well above that. I'll be cheers'ing you tomorrow around 6:30, buddy.
