Juwan updates

Recommended Posts

The way his arm was cranked back, my immediate concern was for anterior humeral head dislocation. I believe his original issue a couple of years ago was also recurrent dislocation. It is a good sign that he could stand on the bench without any wrap or sling, but still I never did see him lift his left arm. I suppose we will hear more this week.

I had this same injury, I’ve dislocated mine 5 times. Could barely lift my arm for 2-3 weeks. Then again, I didn’t have D1 collegiate athletic resources and Tim Garl at my disposal. Juwan has proven over the years that he’s tough as nails and will play through pain if he can go. I don’t think this is how Juwan’s story ends, not if he has anything to say about it.
