Unless things have changed in a decade, I checked my school email multiple times a day as a student. I'm not sure how you could graduate without doing that.

I can't imagine having an active account of any kind and not checking it daily...or multiple times per day. Whether email or social media.

Especially since our phones give us notifications on any email account we set up.
