Thought it was very nice of the guys to mention Coach Crean. Thought it was very truthful for Juwan to talk about how he wanted to transfer but glad he stuck it out. Mentioned he thought he knew what pressure was but nothing like playing at Indiana. Credited De'ron and Zach with keeping his head on straight as well as Troy and Yogi.

Always forget these guys are just kids too.

He alsp mentioned Devonte along with Deron and Zach.

I got to get this off my chest.  I am so disappointed, I so wanted the whole game to say something.....but I couldn't until late in the game, and then it was too late.  Oh well, I will say it now....

In my best Bill Raftery voice......"Peter with the Kiss".

I was dying to say that.

This is all I kept thinking about was Peter Criss from KISS....😆

Assistant Coach Ed S. was with UCLA before coming to IU.  Fitz played in the west coast region so I'm thinking Ed most likely suggested (and perhaps played a big role in recruiting) Fitz.  Still, I would think he would mention Archie but caught up in the moment.

That is very interesting.

I agree. 2 guys who have mentioned all year in varying degrees of criticism are the 2 guys keeping Juwan's head on straight. Just goes to show we never really know what's going on behind the scenes. At least I know I don't.

Another well played game. Turnovers at a minimum. Shot well. Defense played decent. Got a little beat up on the boards the second half, but all in all, well done.

I am glad that the refs called the game like they did. We will not see the same latitude to play physically in the tournament as we are allowed to play in conference. Having this experience may be a good thing for this team to help them adjust if/when the game is being called tighter.

Would love for Settles and Dakich to sit down over a few beers and discuss why IU belongs in the dance

In tune with the post game dance theme.   This is for those who gave up on this team and coach, earlier in the conference schedule: 'I Told You So' Dance

Leaving the dance theme but picking up the "I told you so" theme, a song that reminds me both of the fans that gave up earlier, and this team in general:

I really appreciated Settles praises of IU and his strong pitch for them to be in the dance, but with all due respect Steubenhoosier, I could care less what DD had to say about IU.

Pardon the quality of the shot, I am nursing a hangover and just zoomed in on the television from my couch.

This was a candid glance at the tale end of a moment Romeo shared with Juwan the second before a free throw. Juwan had just said something to someone across the lane and smiled, then Romeo came into frame and had this look of what I believe to be admiration.

Dunno, I just caught it and it warmed my heart a bit, it being senior day and all. Plus, I’m loving this team and how they seem to genuinely love playing with one another now.

I'm going to repost this anytime someone says that all one-and-dones are all out for themselves, can't play within the team, too egotistical, blah blah blah.

If this is his only season here, it wasn't just a place he could showcase his potential.  Romeo Langford made Indiana better, and Indiana made Romeo Langford better.

I like Fitz. I wish he would have been utilized better.

Not sure if it's just the angle of the photo, the look in the eyes or what, but there's something about that shot that reminds me just how young Romeo is.  As insanely talented as he is, he's still a 19 year old kid.
