They are $40 a pound but he sells them in whatever quantity you want. So I dont mind paying $10-$12 every other week through Sept. to continue enjoying them once season is over. The article mentions lions mane mushrooms which I happen to be able to get at the Bloomington farmers market. Absolutely delicious.
