Tantamount to fraud if they didn't disclose. Unless of course if it hasn't been reported and they didn't have an obligation to report. Similar to when Jessie Pinkman had Saul buy his parents house when didn't disclose a meth lab was there. Haha... We'll see how it plays out. Spoke with another realtor today and she said she was surprised at the listing cost....but she also followed it up with at that price it will sell within 96 hours.
