LOL Why is giving a coach 4 or 5 years LOL! because it is the right way of doing things. If you fire a coach after 2 or 3 years you will never get good candidates to look at your program. Just look at UM and their coach as there for 15 years and they don't seem to getting looks from big time candidates.
