Taylor, Fournette, M. Ingram, and J. Howard on bench. One will likely be dropped early to shore up depth elsewhere. Just need to see how weeks 1-3 play out. Wow. Good get. It's actually my son's team with some of his HS buddies. But, I essentially suggest most of the roster moves. Considering he gave me less than an hour's notice of the draft, we still have a decent team. Not as good as last year, when we won regular season. But, assuming our receiving core produces as expected, if we can get two of those RBs to be reliable, we have a decent chance to be good.
Leathernecks
I'm a big Darrynton Evans fan. The Titans only kept Henry and Evans for running backs, so if Henry gets injured, Evans could be huge. Even if Henry stays healthy, Evans could still catch a good amount of passes. He's got crazy speed and quickness, so he could easily break some big plays.

Seeking6
Ended up going Thomas, Godwin, Ekeler, Chark, and Gibson with first 5. Couple of guys must have been having someone help them last night because they weren't as stupid as they usually are. Wanted Thielen before I drafted Ekeler. Picked up Brees and Jimmy G later in draft as my QB's. Got my handcuffs of Murray, Mattison, Pollard, Edmonds and a couple others late. Picked up Ronald Jones almost by default in the 9th. Whole league was staying away from but I couldn't pass him up any longer. Got Tucker as my kicker and Pats Defense (at least initially). Overall I'm not disappointed. One injury away from really liking my team.

We use yahoo and they had him ranked like 101; about half of the league studies up pretty good so I don’t think he was going to go undrafted for too much longer after that. Plus, with it being a keeper league I had to pull the trigger. I wanted Chark bad, but it just didn’t make sense because Kupp was still on the board in the 4th. And then because I went against my typical strategy of taking 2 running backs in the first 2 rounds, I had to go RB in 5th....even though Chark was still available. RJII fell far in my league as well, but 9th is really far! Wow, that’s low risk/high reward. Ekeler will be great. Another team in my league kept him from last year....so he was off the board. Good luck. I’m also hoping there will be a couple of injuries in my favor.

Usually I don't like to fall for the pundits clamoring about a guy....in this case Gibson but everything I keep reading and hearing from Rivera and staff they plan on using him plenty. That's all I can ask for is touches. Maybe he'll be this years Arian Foster? Out of nowhere to fantasy stud overnight. Have another draft night. Pick 5th in this one and I'm hoping to start off with Thomas, Kelce in this league.

Pick 5th in this one and I'm hoping to start off with Thomas, Kelce in this league. He's also 230 lbs. and runs a 4.3 40. Not to mention, he can be a RB, receiver and kick returner. Not only will he get touches; he will get targets. The knock seems to be that Washington's offense sucks, which is hard to argue against. But on the other hand, I believe he will have more opportunities to prove himself than other rookie RBs.

To me, that seems to be close to his floor. If he can use his speed/size to break a big one and/or get in the end zone, he should be a pretty productive flex, or even RB2. Seeking6
So after yesterday's Mike Evans news today brings us Courtland Sutton leaves with injury, Kenny Golladay leaves practice with injury as well as Diontae Johnson for Steelers. To all my fantasy brethren....have multiple layers of plans because I think these first couple of weeks are going to injury filled. Zero contact so far in practice...or limited. Those first pops these guys get tonight and this weekend are going to hurt and I believe lead to more and more injuries.

Rivers likes to check down to RBs and Hines is the best pass catcher of the 3 RB's on the Colts roster. They are expecting him to get a lot of 3rd down work. .....So they say. They also sold me on another good sleeper option (not indy related...just passing along info): Michael Gallup. His average points per game were pretty high last year. Shouldn’t have left Hines on the bench this week. Hopefully not a fluke.

tdhoosier
Horrible first week. Only scored 78 in a 1/2 point ppr league. 😬 Still not concerned. I just didn’t get the TD’s. Mixon still almost got 20 carries (only 2 receptions though). Godwin still got a lot receptions. I sat Peterson and Hines....just hoping these guys will continue to have significant roles. And went against my gut, listened to experts and put in DeSean Jackson, which ended up being a bad move. Good to watch football again!

Good to watch football again! Great watching football again for sure. I was destroyed in all leagues. Thomas, Godwin, Brees and a couple others got me about a combined 20 points. Haha. Ran into a guy who started Allen and also started Hines??? I get having Hines on a team but starting him this week? Only week 1. Going to give it a few weeks to see how things play out. Didn't like seeing Joshua Kelley get the ball inside the 20 more instead of Ekeler. Expected far more from Brees/Thomas. Probably will take a couple real speed games for Brady/Godwin to get on same page. Initial impressions for this week waiver wire. Hines if he isn't already on team. Gore because of Bell injury. Adrian Peterson, and Scottie Miller.
