He was a multi generational star. I have memories of him both from childhood and as an adult. And had everything set up for an extremely successful off court life. My heart goes out to his wife and surviving daughters. Losing a loved one after a prolonged illness isn’t easier, but at least you can emotionally prepare to an extent. This is just....sudden. I was getting texts on this in the second half but it was lingering around without confirmation for awhile, which just made it all that more tense.
