Yet the NCAA slapped IU with the infractions. While Ohio State continued on. Despite the fact that Dickens gave the NCAA proof that Ohio State and other big ten schools were doing the same thing he did. In fact, Dickens said the only reason he did what he did, was because other conference schools were doing it before he did. And felt the need in order to compete with them, would have to do the same. Chris just had a great vision for what he wanted from an athletic department and what he felt was the most important to running an athletic department.
