Day 13 of the 64 years/teams of IU Basketball Tournament

Vote for the team you think would win

Each day (Mon-Fri) will have 4 games and the polls will be open for 48 hours. I will try to post the new day’s games at noon EST.

HSN members are encouraged to debate, discuss memories of the teams involved in today’s matchup, post links to videos/games, etc. before voting on that day’s matchups.

VS

In a matchup of Bob Knight’s last title contender vs his last team, 1993 faces 2000. Senior All-Time IU and Big Ten career scoring leader Calbert Cheaney faces off with fellow SR All-Time IU assist leader (at the time, now 2nd) Michael Lewis.

Game 52

VS

The day ends with an epic matchup. The 1976 team favored by many to win HSN March Madness faces their 1st real threat in the 1992 Final Four team. Both teams rank #1 in the SRS, but the 1992 team’s 30.02 actually outranks 1976’s 26.53. Both teams played an amazing top 3 Strength of Schedule. An injury to Henderson likely cost 92 a title, and 76 can relate given what happened to them in 75. Can Cheaney, Graham, Bailey, Henderson, and Anderson pull off the upset vs. May, Benson, Abernethy, Buckner and Wilkerson?

The first game is interrupted midway through the first half when a totally naked @bluegrassIUis chased onto the court by an equally naked @Hoosierhoopsterscreaming about payback for something that happened in @Colonialcrester's luxury box.

The game itself was anti-climactic as one of Bob Knight's best teams wins easily over one of his mediocre later ones..

I particularly like the term "equally naked", since, well, I'm not sure what else "naked" means

You are an attorney.  I'm sure you could argue the case you weren't naked if you had a band-aid on your knee.

Your Honor, I wasn’t completely naked. I was only equally naked, properly covering said knee with an appropriately concealing bandaid. There bring no evidence to the contrary, there is, therefore, no genuine dispute of material fact that my admittedly poor judgment, in following Blue’s lead, did not amount to sanctionable nakedness.
