Hearing that Coach Miller has been in constant contact Mason.  And Mason is fully appreciative of that.

Hearing more on Mason.  Thinking hard about three schools. But IU seems to be in the lead as of now. Because of the constant contacts.  And because of the pandemic.... IU has been sending him videos of the campus. Which he  really likes and appreciates. Also talks to all the coaches.... and really likes them all.

From what I’ve read, it sounds like OSU may be a distant third, with IU and Creighton the main two.

What's the current thinking on what this commitment would mean for Kaufman/Hopkins? Do we still take one of them too? Do they both fill a different role than Miller, or would one of them overlap with him more than the other?

I have thought all along we would take and will get Miller and Kaufman. We can take 2 of the 3 but no way I see all 3. If Miller pops soon I really think the pressure is on TK to make a decision.

I think Miller and Kaufman can play together but I don't think Hopkins would come if Miller commits.

@IndySportsPartizan on twitter said Mason is super high on Archie, staff and IU.  Realistically down to IU and other team(didn't say what who this team was).  That a decision shouldn't take as long as "others".

I would bet the other team is Creighton but like our chances.  I also have a feeling that if he commits then Kaufman looks elsewhere but that is just my opinion.

I think the other option is Creighton, he will pick IU sooner rather than later and will have ZERO impact on Kaufman.

• 40 available minutes at the 5
• 40 available minutes at the 4
• 20 available minutes for a Big to swing down to the 3

That's 100 minutes available.

• Race plays 52 minutes a game
• Duncomb plays 34 minutes a game
• That only leaves 14 minutes combined for Miller and Kaufman

Not expecting MM to get a lot of minutes freshman year if TK comes to IU. TK will get TJD type of minutes from day 1. IMO

TJD will go pro after this season. I know people have their own reasons why he should stay, but his plan is to start his pro career after this year. Don’t see that changing.
