Reacher Posted April 11 Report Share Posted April 11 Highly recommend the right shoes for hiking. I have one pair of hiking boots but generally prefer hiking shoes. I got a pair of Merrell trail runners for my trip to Africa. Super comfortable. Think light weight sneakers with good traction. Those and my keen sandals were all I needed for 2 weeks.
