Aristotle defined the 4 main personalities and ALL of these motivational speakers while somewhat sucessful in changing peoples lives, ignore personality! I am an Introvert, can't tell you how many times I've been sent to training or heard motivational speak in conference or 1 on 1! All of them meant to force me to conform to being more extroverted! I'll just go with the old adage "there is no I in the word team". I've got to say in my personal life I've never had a better team to work with than the one I have now! That works for me!
