I didn't know you could buy grass parking passes for the season.

Don't know if we can or can't just wish we could! One less worry. Pretty sure it's still game to game just wish it wasn't. Took me years to perfect my entry from the South when it was just show up pay $20 and good to go. Now I have to find special passes each week. Just wish they would make it annual. I'd even pay a little more.

I’m checking up to see when our tickets are ordered. We go in with someone else so it’s a little more involved.

We also come from the south and have gotten the pregame routine ironed out pretty well. We always take 60 north and then 37 into town.

That is a beautiful drive in the fall.
Clear on the other hand...

The best part of the back roads from down here is there is usually some other game day traffic to stick with. I’ve gone pretty quick just to keep up.

Speaking of roads. Does anyone know if 37 is going to be closed in Martinsville all year?

Doesn't surprise me. I like that TJ gave himself the chance to compete in the spring. I just think it's obvious we have 3 guys clearly ahead of him.

Yep. I don't even know what the numbers are average wise but I expect at least 5-6 transfers each year. Kids want to play.

Been thinking about this comment or question for awhile with IU football. With the momentum we have going in our football program is there anything we could do to add to gameday experience for fans? Or is it just enough to get the house packed, stay packed....and build on it from there?

Wisconsin Jump Around, Va Tech Enter Sandman, South Carolina Sandstorm, Clemson Entrance.....plenty others of awesome entrances or in game traditions that are a part of the overall experience/program. We have it in hoops at under 8 timeout in 2nd half.

Just curious if more thought about this stuff. Or is it just enough to get a full stadium and take it from there?

Just bought our season tickets for the year!!! I'm ready.

I’d be on the season ticket train if I lived anywhere remotely close to driving distance to Bloomington.

I really, really, really hope attendance picks up this year and significantly more people stay for the entire game. The Iowa and Cincinnati games will be challenging and set the tone for the whole year.  Looking forward to the season.

Really wish that Iowa game was at home. Bloomington would be bumping.

I spoke with Mr Bomba at the end of Feb and he said then he was down to IU and INST. He obviously has a huge connection to IN ST as well with Mallory there.

Not sure if he'll be on scholly this year or not. He wasn't sure then.

I loved him on the basketball court. 6'6 230 or so.. and very mobile. I can absolutely see him playing well on SPT.

Furthermore.. with the incident at Miami of Ohio, I spoke with him about that and he said there were a lot of details that didn't make the paper... and I believe him. Obviously Allen does, as well.

He is a legacy.
