I think we need a lot of help on the DL as well.

Shew. After Anderson and Kramer and Elliot leave.. Bryant too.

They've been awesome so far though.  Robbins made a play Sat. Handy in the run game, as well.

McFadden helps everywhere, that's for sure.

Can't forget Cam Jones....almost as good as McFadden. He saved, if not a touchdown, a huge gain on the pass breakup he made along the sidelines against MSU.

I know OSU just layers on recruit on top of recruit, but could this influence Curry's decision?

Maybe but I would guess Curry already knows what he is getting into with Ohio State.
He only needs to look at their ‘21 class to see that in one year they insanely landed the 2nd, 3rd, 10th and 25th ranked DL’s in the entire country! That’s just crazy potential depth and talent and some really good players are going to ride the pine.

Curry does know. Curry wants to be a pass rusher and Indiana has offered him the chance to do that. OSU and Bama want him to play on the interior.

Imo no. Look at Georgia…they rotate how many deep on their DL?? Just insane. You don’t have to put up huge numbers in a program like that. You just have to have the measurable and put some tape together. It isn’t so much volume but showing you can make plays when you are out there. You will get drafted highly being a part of something as much as having to take on double teams all the time and be the man someplace else.

This is unfortunately true, and a positive for OSU.  So is competing against better talent in practice. However, IU letting him play end and rush would be a positive for us.  So would the pull of the homestate school and familiar in-state players.

Start putting guys into the nfl at various positions is how you get big recruits at those positions. Show you can develop them and get them drafted. WR, RB, Secondary looks good for continuing to bring in good recruits but we need to develop guys along those fronts if we want to really get interest from big name recruits up there.

Was in class on Wednesday and kid sitting next to me went to Center Grove and was pretty close friends with Caden. Started asking about him and he said he's going to OSU according to what Caden told this guy.

Not shocked to read this. Maybe we will pick him up in the portal in a year or two.
