Just speculating. Injury from the Iowa game. I didn't realize it until today, but he spent the weekend in an Iowa hospital after he was injured. They just called it an upper body injury, but Allen said test results were really, really positive. I think I saw he was injured in a pile up, so maybe concerns over something like a punctured lung?
