The second half offense made us forget the pain of the first half offense.  Overall smarter play, for the most part.  And something to build off from 3, hopefully.  I thought we showed some impressive footwork (RoJo, Al) and quick hands on D (Green.)  Where have THESE guys been hiding?  Glad to see them show out today.  Great win on national TV!

46 points is the fewest we’ve given up since a 56-46 win over Illinois in January 2014.  Funny that it felt like we hit a ton of threes and still didn’t even hit 35% for the game (8-23).  Awesome game to watch.  Who would have thought that a third of the way through the conference season we would be tied with MSU in the standings?

Awesome, awesome win. Our offense is definitely a work in progress. Morgan have to stay out of foul trouble going forward. RoJo knocked down shots with confidence; I could see it in his face. He needs to get that going. I was impressed with how McBob plays and his great awareness and quickness. Defense was great today.

Any time we see Priller out there it means we're having a great game. Go Hoosiers!

Loved our defense. Loved that we found a way to lead at halftime despite foul trouble. Loved how we pounded them in the second half.

We had a lot of good ball movement leading to good looks. We completely carved up their zone.

Absolutely. We are so much better against a zone than we have been in years past.

Put Morgan or Hartman in the middle and they "carve it up" as you said.

Has anyone else noticed how poorly KenPom has judged IU so far this season? He's been flat out terrible. His model needs some work...

Yes. Currently(without this game in consideration) we are ranked 100th. 6-11 Vanderbilt is 95th.

Yes and no. His model isn't built to handle outliers like we have. If you isolate out two games we would be in the 40s or 50s and everything else would make a bit more sense.

That's the thing though, that demonstrates a faulty formula. he has repeatedly picked us to lose or in this game to barely squeak by NW. Focusing on a statistical basis on a couple of games is a poor foundation.

KenPom - 100

ESPN BPI - 96

Sagarin - 71

NCAA RPI - 116

Unfortunately...we are worse in RPI.
