Where'd you get those numbers? Here is what I grabbed from sports reference.

Either way, I completely agree with you. He adds value, not perfect. He should be valued more.

2021-22 Indiana   15 15 24.0 3.1 7.5 .420 2.4 5.3 .450 0.7 2.1 .344 2.7 3.9 .695 0.5 3.3 3.7 4.2 1.0 0.1 2.2 2.7 9.7   1.38

You are right. I pulled from his "away" numbers by mistake.  Had too many numbers moving around.  :)

Get this... we are shooting 69% from the FT line (9th in the B1G) in conference play, basically everyone but TJD is shooting FTs really well. Here is the kicker though, teams are shooting 83% against us lol that is easily #1 in the conference. For reference, teams are shooting under 65% from the line vs. MSU.

We are 1st in FG % defense, we are 3rd in 3pt % defense, and 1st in ppg defense. So, through 7 games our defense has been very good.

Offensively- 6th in TO pg, 10th in PPG, 5th in rebounding, 8th in FG %, and 11th in 3pt %.

One game at a time, but we have a good shot of carrying that Nebraska game into a 6 game win streak over the next few weeks. Protect home court and beat an underwhelming MD team on the road.

I'm being honest here and not snarky.  I don't understand the phrase "protect home court"?  Is that a reference to home court advantage or what?   😊

When is the last time an IU team won 6 game straight, home, away or a combo.  If we go 3-3 over the next 6 games i would be happy.  That means only losing to 1 unranked team.  PSU, UM are not going to just come in and roll over.  And we've won a single away game against the worst team in the conference by like 7.  They might not look good, but we always seem to get a teams best night. And Purdue and Illinois are legit talented teams.

I get being positive and i need to be more i guess when discussing IU, but i have to be somewhat a realist.  Every team in the B1G can smack you around on any given night.  And that includes what we did to OSU when they came to our house.

One of you could be right. Lets see after the next 6 games.
