I heard that number was well over 300 players. Crazy.

Yeah it’s certainly not ideal and unfortunate that that has to happen for some players. You have to wonder how much of that is fueled by what kids are being told while growing up as a gifted athlete and how much that gets to their head.

Milosh68
I would like to see IU go after ND TE George Takacs if and when he decides that he wants to be someone’s #1 TE. He would have to play second fiddle once again to Michael Mayer, and he’s just too good of an all around TE to not be able to showcase his skills. Hoosier51
The million dollar kid Ewers transfering from OSU. I wonder if transfers like this will start to have an impact on the NIL for teams. Not a whole lot of return on your investment from a kid staying for less then a year.

That was fast and this transfer portal is out of hand. I think OSU just got a commitment from one of the top QB

He is behind a 5 star in McCord and Heisman candidate Stroud, so look for Brown in the portal by the end of next year lol. Seeking6
Saw this on twitter this morning. These are the only schools in the country who haven't had a player enter the portal since 8/1. Georgia, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, Wake Forest, Ball State, Coastal Carolina, Nevada, Charlotte & UTEP 1

But most of these kids get 4 years of their life to play. Why not go somewhere else if it’s a better fit. if you don’t get the raise or promotion you’re looking for, and another company is offering you that, I don’t think anyone should give you grief moving over to a company that can fulfill what you’re looking for.
