Before yesterday's 11 hits the Cubs team batting average was .124....making it the 2nd worse team batting average after 6 games since 1900. Only the 2013 Pirates were worse.

What is the Cubs' K rate?  Quit striking out and put the damn ball in play.

I got my Rangers 20 package to see the new stadium. The team, meh.   Unfortunately, it's year late and my opening day tickets won't be the first MLB game ever since they played playoff games there. So

Congrats on the graduation part. Always nice to see stepping stones crossed. Just saw the score. Reminded me of my first Cubs game in 79 vs Phillies. Tons of homers. Here's a fun stat. Cubs have 28 st

The good news is that Bryant is playing great. It'll increase his trade value at the deadline. Heck, we might even get a couple of high A ballplayers for him.

Where are they getting those stats from?  Mercedes and India have the two highest batting averages in the majors.  What they have listed for either is no where close to being right.

Also, I'm too lazy to look it up.  Who is the player from Fort Wayne?

The Nationals, who had their first 4 games of the season cancelled because of Covid, have more hits on the season than the Cubs.

The Reds have been hitting the cover off the ball and finally are making consistent contact.  Last night their 6 game winning streak ended and had their lowest scoring game at 3 runs.  They still had 12 hits but didn't get hits when runners were in scoring position.

Yadi is hitting cleanup for the Cardinals today lol. He’s actually been doing well this year but still way too many holes in the lineup.

Looks like the Reds might lose their second game in a row being down 4-0 in third inning.  The Reds has not gotten a base runner yet.

Now comes the 10 game losing streak...

They got good starting pitching the first time through the rotation but the last two starters not so much.
