BREAKING: Indiana announces that former 4-star quarterback Jack Tuttle is transferring to IU from Utah. Tuttle, a 6-foot-4 California native, was the No. 8 ranked pro-style quarterback nationally in the 247 Sports composite. Also had offers from Alabama, USC, LSU, among others.
