I think next year could make Archie's 4th year look pleasant if things don't significantly improve. We need to improve 45 spots on KenPom to just reach where Archie's 4th year was. The largest jump we've ever had in the entire KenPom era besides Year 2 to Year 3 of Crean is 71 spots, which would "only" put us at 24 next year.... aka Michigan State or Wisconsin. After that jump, the next biggest is only 31 spots. If we only jump 31 spots next year I don't think Quinn Buckner or Mike Woodson will be welcome back in Bloomington.

I want him to play the 5 if he is back. If he is playing the 4 and a transfer or Sparks at the 5, then yeah I'd rather he not come back.

I hear you, but they could have all been told that by someone who is wrong. Hypothetical, let's say this isn't actually final but you're Quinn Buckner and want to force it to happen, then you release this and dare Scott Dolson to fire him anyway.

Not convinced this is true for starters, but if it is, hope the folks that made this happen are right. If not, they are responsible for the damage it does, and the damage could be significant.

The line about Love at the time was Woody didn't tell him what he wanted to hear. Based on how this season has played out, what Love wanted to hear was correct and Woody was an idiot.
