The greatest 4 days in golf is upon us! Plenty of storylines coming as always. First the weather on Thursday. 1.5 inches of rain and gusts up to 40 or so. I expect a ton of higher pin placements which invites tons of problems. If the rain causes delays the late guys will catch a break except for Tiger. Not sure if walking Augusta National for 27 holes on Friday is ideal. Hard to go against Scottie right now....but I feel like Brooks and Rahm here the noise and want to silent folks. I've hit my limit of entries on Fanduel....but core groups of Scottie, Brooks, Rahm....along with Cam Young/Smith, Henley, McCarthy and of course top 15 machine at Augusta Si Woo Kim. Can't win it on Thursday but you sure can lose it. Interesting to see who embraces the conditions and just fights for Even.

So if my math is correct Indiana St is losing all 5 starters and several bench guys? Good luck to the new coach. Limited NIL $ in a tough conference...see them down the road.

Kind of a mess out at IMS. They only opened limited number of gates and the lines are getting longer and longer. That's about as close as I'll get to criticizing IMS but this isn't good.

Saw it when it first happened and was like when is MLB just going to put this guy out of his misery. At some point a player is just going to lose it and do something in the moment. I think it's like his 3rd or 4th major screw up already this year and only a week in.

When my nephew texted me last night I was like no way....but I think this is good for Cal and Kentucky. It wasn't going to end pretty either being fired or whatever. This way both sides can move along but man the potential domino effects in play are big. If they hire Billy D it won't be big but if they tag any of the names being floated it could open and close as many as 5-6 jobs.

Don't quote me on this but I think the Maker's Mark Barrel Room has tickets going for $149...unlimited food and drink for 2 hours before and great seats. Seems like honestly a good deal.

Positive sign for those of us cheering for NC State. My buddy has been chasing NC State all tourney. Started with $50 for them to lose and been doubling back every game since. He just placed his loot on Purdue. Guaranteed loser.

I thought Outman's was in.....phew. The Dodgers are stacked so any win vs them won't be treated like 1 of 162 games. What the early stuff is showing me is we have 5-6 very patient hitters who will wait for the chance to smash....and Lt Dan just keeps moving up my favorite player list.

Knew he was headed that way for sure....but the real interesting one now is Goode. Been told all year he was gone but now seems to be some changes. Fun few more weeks to settle things out.

Tucker, Rice, and Carlyle would be about as good a start as you could hope for this offseason. Pepper in Hickman, another shooter....and a profile like Amari along with everyone coming back this team could get good really fast. Hopefully all this happens but the momentum is hard to ignore.

Seems like he's about the 3rd or 4th player and or Coach this year to single him out and identify his development/NBA ready mind/body. As unbiased as an opinion as it gets.

Interesting sorta development. Marcus Domask is petitioning the NCAA for an additional year of eligibility. If I'm reading correctly it's because 4-5 games he wouldn't have played in a couple years ago so he would have been granted the eligibility if the games weren't cancelled. Interesting one to follow.

Just my two cent opinion. I think we have to be careful in the who we go for in this portal while keeping an eye on 25 class. We don't want to get a guy with 2-3 years eligibility (unless of course he's really frickin good which means he's going pro sooner) because that might sway the 25 kids (Haralson, Sisley,etc...). Delicate balance for sure but I'd be fine hammering the 1 year guys this year knowing full well what we could offer to 25 recruits.

I'd say we have a track record with his profile. A big who loves to pass as well. Visions of TJD with this one.
