  1. Just my gut feeling but I think one of these guys will he the next Pacers coach. Brian Shaw. Mike Brown
  2. I don't think you can get a star on return for Smart. I see no other pieces on the Celtics that will net you a stat except for Brown. Toe Brown and Tatum play similar position so I would trade Brown which would net you a lot.
  3. It just seems like an IU can't win when it comes to their recruiting philosophy. Crean was criticized for losing the state and then only recruited out of state kids. Archie recruited the state well but was criticized for not getting enough out of state guys
  4. Wow trading away first round picks to just get rid of a player
  5. Reds bullpen totally imploded in the bottom of the 9th with them giving tup 2 2 run homers to lose 6-4. Have no idea what is wrong with Garrett because he has been awful all year. The last 6 games the bullpen had pitched 18. Innings and only gave up 3 runs but they gave up 4 runs in .1 innings in the 9th. I just hope losing a game in this fashion does not start a down slide since they have played do well lately. Still has three more games in SD and then 2 at Minnesota. I know when you make a schedule you have to look at every team but how the Refs road trip was scheduled is ridiculous. Played at Milwaukee then go to SD and then go back across the country to Minnesota
  6. SD just tied the game on a 2 run homer. If the Refs lose Bell had a lot of explaining to do with pitching Hendrix in this situation.
  7. What the hell is David Bell thinking because he just brought on a rookie pitcher who is has never gotten a major league Dave. Ryan Hendrix had like a 4.7 era and Bell is bring him in a 4-2 game in the bottom of the 9th. He just walked the first batter
  8. Reds was down 2-0 going to the 9th but just scored 4 runs to take a 4-2 lead. Joe Musgrove can't catch a break because he had a 2.50 era but is only 4-6. Tonight he pitched 7 scoreless bit they took him out after only 91 pitches
  9. They said the same thing about Nate McMillan and now he is one game away from the conference finals.
  10. I was going to say the same thing. I have not looked at the 22 class closely and besides Washington, Gunn and Walker are there many other power 5 players in the class.
  11. People have to much of a thin skin attitude. Especially if the bench players on in I have no problem seeing them keep playing the game until the final buzzer. Also I remember the first game back in Indy for Lance Stephenson he stole the ball and went in for a dunk right before the buzzer. It caused a huge fight because the other team was furious
  12. Milwaukee just forced a game 7. Washington has Beal and Westbrook so they have star players which the Pacers don't have
  13. Also watching the end of the Nets and Buck games when did it become unsportsmanlike to shoot when you have a lead late in the game. Instead of shooting the Bucks let the shot clock run out. I see this in both college and the NBA. The other night I watched an old IU game that Galen Clavico just put out on YouTube. IU was up comfortable but Damon shot a 3 at the buzzer and hit the shot. No player or coach took exception to it and just shook hands.
  14. There are now 7 openings and the Pacers will have trouble getting one of the top candidates. Here is how I would rank the job openings. Boston. Dallas. Portland. New Orleans. Washington. Indiana. Orlando.
  15. I wouldn't say that because Quinn Buckner was one of the smartest players but was career .56 percent free throw shooter at IU
  16. Got home hoping to see the last few innings of the Refs and Padres and saw Bally Sports is showing the Indiana Fever. They are the worst team in the WNBA and it is a rerun from earlier in the night. Reds ate down 1-0 in the 7th. Miley had a no hitter until Tatis hot a home in the 6th. Reds offense the last 3 games has disappeared because they have stopped working the pitchers and making easy outs early in the count
  17. Well we have Gunn already committed and Washington I'd a top priority so it doesn't seem Le we are neglecting the state
  18. Reds beats the Brewers 2-1!in 10 innings. Reds score 2 runs in the 10th without a hit. They had the ghost runner, HBP, walk, HBP and sac fly.
  19. Just heard the dumbest thing on Sportscaster. Tyler Glasnow the pitcher with the Rays is now blaming his elbow injury because of having to give up using substances to help his grip on the ball.
  20. Refs and Brewers is a pitching fuel 0-0 in the top of the 8th. Both teams only has only two hits and the time of the game right now is 1 he and 50 minutes. The Brewers starter Anderson in 10 starts had only pitched 39.2 innings with a 4.99 era. Tonight he pitched 7 innings and he gave up 1 hit
  21. Reds win 10-2 vs the Brewers and now have won 11 out of 14. In that time span the starting pitchers leaf the league in ERA. The last few games the bullpen had started to pitch a little better. The Reds offense leads the league in runs and batting average. They have scored in double figures in 3 out of 4 games. They are only 3 out in the loss column but they are on a 9 game road trip. Milwaukee, SD and Minnesota
  22. Pretty good program and will give us a good test. I like playing this type of team than a 300+ rated team
  23. Good start by the Reds with them up 4-1 against the Brewers bottom of 2. They could have more with them leaving 4 on base in two innings.
  24. Man I hate the shift in baseball. Refs pitcher made a great pitch to Yelich and jammed him. The ball was a weak ground ball right where the 3b should be but no one in sight
  25. Looked like Galloway got a hair cut
